Donnette Richards, "Miss Didi", has been sewing for over 40 years. Her experience ranges from simple blankets to elaborate prom dresses. She also likes to make strip quilts. Her four daughters and one son have kept her busy over the years sewing various projects from Halloween costumes to bridesmaids dresses. She recently retired from her career as a flight attendant and is thoroughly enjoying teaching sewing from the comfort of her own home and spending more time with her husband of 35 years. She is currently working on sewing fun stuff for her 8 grandchildren.
